This is an inactive element, but rather an informational one. It simply points to information; no actions can be performed on it.
The information in this element is an answer to a frequently asked question. Don't ignore tooltips.
In most cases, the information in this element pertains to the element above it.
The tooltip is usually closed; to view the text, click on the tooltip title:
Clicking on the title of an open tooltip hides the text.
