The CMS has a standard settings page that looks like this:

Settings are saved by clicking the "Save" button.

Settings are not saved automatically.

If there are many settings on a page, they can be sorted into tabs. A settings page with tabs looks like this:

The active tab is highlighted in a different color. Settings are displayed for the selected tab.

In the responsive version, tabs are replaced by a selection:

Clicking on a selection opens a window with possible tab options. After selecting an option, the tab opens automatically. There's no need to confirm the action.
