The "Email Settings" section controls all email messages sent from the site. All messages are managed.
In the selection bar, you need to sеlect what you want to work with. The first setting is "Test and Settings"; all the others are templates.
Test and Settings
The settings block contains two tabs:
Basic Data
Sender Email
A required field indicating the email address from which emails will be sent. It's important that the email address actually exists, otherwise emails won't reach their recipients.
Sender Name
Any sender name from whom emails from the site will be sent.
Administrator Email
By default, emails intended for the site administrator will be sent to this email.
Template Settings
Header Template
Header template for all outgoing emails.
Footer Template
Footer template for all outgoing emails.
Below the settings block is a test form for checking email delivery. Simply enter your email address and send yourself a test email to see if your emails are being sent.
Email Template Settings
Each email sent from the website has its own template. To customize the template, sеlect it from the drop-down list and configure it.
In the options that appear, you can configure the following settings:
Send
Whether to send the message. Yes – send; no – don't send.
Subject
Subject of the message being sent
Sender Email
The email address from which the email will be sent. This must be yours and valid. Emails from non-existent email addresses may not be sent or may end up in the spam folder with a "forged address" mark.
If the sender is not specified in this field, it will be taken from the general settings.
Sender Name
Any sender name that the recipient will see. If the sender name is not specified, it will be taken from the general settings.
Administrator Email
If the email is sent to an administrator rather than a user, this additional field appears.
Here, you must specify the email address of the administrator to whom the email will be sent. Multiple email addresses can be specified. For multiple recipients, separate the addresses with commas.
If this field is left blank, it will be taken from the general settings.
Cc Email
Email addresses to which a copy will be sent.
Bcc Email
Email addresses to which a blind copy will be sent.
Text
Message text. You can use shortcodes displayed in the form in the text. HTML tags are prohibited and will be removed from the message.
